Mobile Pantry
On the SECOND and LAST Thursday of each month, FCC hosts a Mobile Pantry between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. All food items are non-perishable and are distributed by the South East Texas Food Bank in Beaumont.
A Social Services Coordinator from the SETFB is available at FCC from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on the last Thursday of each month to assist in applying for, or getting more information on, the Food Stamp Program, Medicaid, and TANF.
There are currently no qualifications required to receive a box of food, however, each HOUSEHOLD--not INDIVIDUAL--is allowed ONE box of food per month. Clients may attend the Pantry on either scheduled date during the month,
but not both dates.
No appointment is necessary as the Pantry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend arriving when the Pantry opens at 9am. Because food quantities are limited, there is a possibility that all the food could be distributed before the Pantry closes at 12pm.
